What data do you collect from me?
Before your first class, you will be asked to complete a registration form. This includes contact details and information regarding medical conditions.
This information is used and stored in line with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
How do you use this data?
Your details are used to keep you informed of classes, events and occasional words of inspiration about our yoga practice.
Radiance Yoga uses Mailchimp to manage emails and newsletters. To enable this, your name and email address are transferred onto Mailchimp. No other personal information is shared. You can learn more about Mailchimp's privacy policy here (refer to Section 3: Privacy for Contacts):

Your medical information is used to ensure that classes are planned so that you get the most benefit, and that modifications may be offered to best suit your health needs.
Next of kin details are requested in case of emergencies.
Can I request to see my information?
Under GDPR you have the right to request a copy of your personal data, to rectify any inaccuracies, and to request that your personal data is erased.
