Classes with Radiance Yoga are designed to help you to ease away the stresses and strains of everyday life, releasing tension from the body, boosting resilience and bringing peace and calm into the heart and mind.
Yoga is for every body - you don't have to be able to touch your toes or bend like a pretzel! Our classes encourage "ahimsa" (a Sanskrit word meaning non harm), so you are encouraged to listen to your body and work at whatever level is right for you.
It's your yoga, for your body - a space where you can be free from competition and free from any judgements. Stages are offered for each of the yoga postures, and we will often use yoga props to help you safely find your way into the postures. (And don't worry if you don't have yoga props - you can improvise with everyday items around the house).
Every class finishes with a guided relaxation, to help you feel peaceful and refreshed.
So when life and becomes overwhelming, a class with Janice will help bring you back to balance and restore emotional and physical wellbeing.
