Classes with Radiance Yoga are designed to help you to ease away the stresses and strains of everyday life, releasing tension from the body, boosting resilience and bringing peace and calm into the heart and mind.
Yoga is for every body - you don't have to be able to touch your toes or bend like a pretzel! Our classes encourage "ahimsa" (a Sanskrit word meaning non harm), so you are encouraged to listen to your body and work at whatever level is right for you. Stages are offered for each of the yoga postures, and we will often use yoga props to help you safely find your way into the postures.
Every class finishes with a guided relaxation, to help you feel peaceful and refreshed.
